“The strange power of art is sometimes it can show that what people have in common is more urgent than what differentiates them.” –John Berger
The San Diego Human Dignity Foundation believes the arts are essential to a healthy, vital community and can act as a change-agent to engage all types of people and build community. The arts are natural bridge-builders between diverse communities and enrich the lives people from all walks of life.
The San Diego Human Dignity Foundation is interested in continuing its support of the arts and looks for programs that not only celebrate our diversity, but are also able to utilize the arts as a vehicle to enhance all aspects of human dignity.
